Matthew Raskiewicz
Senior Partner and Majority Shareholder
Matthew Raskiewicz is Senior Partner and majority shareholder of MGR & Associates, LLC, a software sales and distribution company established in 2014. A graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Matthew combines strategic business expertise with decades of leadership experience.
He is also a proud U.S. Army veteran, honorably discharged after serving his country. Matthew brings business expertise, leadership, and integrity to building lasting relationships and delivering innovative software solutions that help clients meet their immediate and future needs.
Richard C. Kaniss
Co-founder and Managing Partner
Richard C. Kaniss is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 30 years of military service and extensive experience building and supporting logistics operations around the world. After retiring in 2006, he worked with Fortune 500 companies on secure, resilient communications solutions for the federal marketplace.
Richard co-founded MGR & Associates, LLC in 2014 to identify products and solutions for safer schools, houses of worship, businesses, and federal, state, and local government organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
He has also led North Texas organizations supporting new military enlistees, soldiers, families, and wounded warriors.
